Empowering a Safe and Healthy Work Environment 

 

Promote occupational health and safety programs, we have implemented various strategic measures aimed at creating a safe and risk-free work environment. One of the primary approaches we apply includes Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), regular medical check-ups, and various training programs to equip employees with knowledge on handling emergency situations.

The Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program has been implemented as a measure to reduce workplace accidents. So far, this program has proven effective, achieving nearly a 50% reduction compared to the previous year
